National RS Council, CRS  [Certified Residential Specialists]

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales
associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional
accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the Council of Residential
Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent
requirements. Currently, there are more than 34,000 active CRS Designees.
 

GRI  [ Graduate Realtor Institute ]

The GRI designation is a national designation delivered by the state REALTOR^® associations.
The 90-hour course of study meets the accreditation standards established by the NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS^®. Upon completion of the program, students are awarded the GRI
designation (Graduate REALTOR^® Institute). Only members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION
OF REALTORS^® may hold the GRI designation.

I currently posses a CONCEALED WEAPON OR FIREARM LICENSE
in the State of Florida.  License Number W8904233, valid through
April 2011.

Three children:

Matthew, 22, Senior at University of South Florida (USF).  Majoring in
Accounting (CPA)

Kathryn, 20, Junior at Florida State University (FSU).  Majoring in Marketing.

Nation & Tournament Umpire for ASA, NSA, ISA sanctions of softball.

Coach & player for a local Men's softball team, BBLS of Naples.

Hobbies:

Spending time with my family is VERY important to me, playing softball,
umpiring, weight training, volunteer for Sunlight Home (charity work for a
local unwed mothers home) and a volunteer for Catholic Charities, Dioceses
of Venice.

Coaching experience for 15 years ( T-Ball, Little League, Pony League, High
School and various travel baseball teams.

Coach, men’s traveling (tournament) softball team, BBLS.

Former Coach, St. John Neumann Varsity Baseball Team for 6 years.
